Ramsay Carter - Director & Co-Founder

Ramsay is a banking, markets and risk specialist with over 25 years’ experience developing and leading complex businesses across capital markets and risk functions in Asia–Pacific, the UK and North America. A former Managing Director of Scotiabank’s markets business in Asia Pacific, he has held senior roles in sales trading, equity swap trading and compliance. Ramsay currently serves as a non‑executive director and chair of an ASX‑listed med‑tech company and chairs a private equity unit trust. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of International Business and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Eugene Lim - Director & Co-Founder

Eugene brings over 25 years of equity management and capital markets experience from across the Asia–Pacific region. He spent 19 years at Credit Suisse, including as CEO of Credit Suisse Securities Singapore and Head of ASEAN Equity Sales, where he oversaw equity distribution across ASEAN markets and worked closely with capital markets and corporate finance teams on numerous transactions and public offerings. Eugene advises family offices and wealth management firms on private equity transactions and has served as an advisory board member for an ASX‑listed company. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Economics/Political Science) and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Leylan Neep - Director & Co-Founder

Leylan has more than 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry with a strong record in finance, governance and funds management. An accomplished director and C‑suite executive with ASX board experience, Leylan has had considerable involvement with investment management across various asset classes including property, hedge funds, private equity and real assets. He has served on numerous due diligence and compliance committees and acted as a responsible manager for Australian financial services licences. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, is a Fellow of CPA Australia and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
