Our founders bring extensive expertise and experience in capital markets and the financial industry, allowing us to offer innovative, tailored solutions to help businesses thrive in an evolving economy.
Ramsay Carter
Ramsay is a director and co-founder of Innovera Partners, and an experienced banking, markets and risk professional with over 25 years of experience in developing and leading complex businesses across Capital Markets and Risk throughout Asia Pacific. Ramsay has a thorough knowledge of multiple jurisdictions, in highly regulated industries, within APAC, UK and North America.
Ramsay is a former Managing Director of Scotiabank, where he ran all their markets businesses for Asia Pacific. Prior to this, Ramsay held various senior global investment banking roles, including sales trading, equity swap trading and legal and compliance.
Ramsay is currently a non-executive director of an ASX listed MedTech company in the health sector, and chairman of the board of an Australian private equity unit trust.
Ramsay holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of International Business, is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD) and a member of the Carbon Market Institute (CMI).
Eugene Lim
Eugene is a director and co-founder of Innovera Partners, bringing over 25 years of equity management experience from across the APAC region.
Eugene is a former Managing Director at Credit Suisse where he was employed for over 19 years including roles as CEO of Credit Suisse Securities Singapore, responsible for overseeing all equities securities business conducted in the country, and head of ASEAN Equity Sales, responsible for managing the equity distribution business in all ASEAN offices. His positions included being a conduit between capital markets and corporate finance teams on numerous transactions and public offerings in the region.
More recently, Eugene has advised on private equity transactions in the Asia Pacific region for family offices and wealth management companies and served as an Advisory Board Member for an ASX listed company.
Eugene holds a Bachelor of Arts – Economics/Political Science, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD).
Leylan Neep
Leylan is a director and co-founder of Innovera Partners, bringing over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry with a strong track record in finance, governance and funds management.
Leylan is an accomplished director and C-suite executive with listed (ASX) board level experience. Leylan has had considerable involvement with investment management across various asset classes including property, hedge funds, private equity and real assets. Leylan has been a member of numerous due diligence committees, compliance committees and acted as a responsible manager of Australian financial services licences.
Currently, Leylan serves as chairman and non-executive director of an ASX listed technology company.
Leylan is a Fellow of CPA Australia (FCPA), Fellow of Governance Institute of Australia (FGIA), Fellow of The Chartered Governance Institute (FCG), a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and a member of the Carbon Market Institute (CMI).
